Descriptif du poste

Your mission, should you choose to accept it :

A versatile internship to dive into the heart of customer relations and business development. Concretely, you will:

Support our clients:

  • Onboard new users and train them on our tools.

  • Be their first point of contact to maximize their satisfaction.

  • Organize regular check-ins to measure the value they gain from our solutions.

Provide responsive and human support:

  • Respond to inquiries via chat, email, and phone.

  • Diagnose and solve simple issues (level 1) or coordinate with the tech team.

  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of our knowledge base and FAQs.

Contribute to commercial growth:

  • Identify additional customer needs to propose cross-sell and up-sell opportunities.

  • Reach out to prospects (calls, emails, trade shows) and present our solutions.

  • Participate in the sales cycle: from appointment setting to light closing under supervision.

Be at the heart of continuous improvement:

  • Share customer feedback to boost product development.

  • Propose new ideas to optimize internal processes.

Profil recherché

  • You are fluent in Danish.

  • You are eager to learn, curious, and resourceful.

  • You have excellent interpersonal skills and can listen as well as convince.

  • You enjoy solving problems and finding quick solutions.

  • You are comfortable communicating both orally and in writing in English

  • You are motivated by the start-up world, where you get to touch on everything!

A bonus if you already have some experience in customer service, sales, or support.
